Why Redoubt?
The Redoubt area is a part of Eastbourne in which we live. It is named for the fortress known as The Redoubt, which was built in 1805 as part of the coastal defences against a possible Napoleonic invasion.
In an article to mark LGBT+ History Month, I've been thinking about two key changes that have driven the shift in public attitudes over the last thirty years.
